For cancellations before 15 days arrival do not incur any penalty.
For cancellations within 15 days of arrival will result in the loss of the deposit.

Conditions
In order to confirm the reservation we need a 30% deposit that can be paid by bank transfer or that we could withdraw from a credit card.
In case the customer cancels more than 15 days before the arrival date, the deposit will be fully refunded.
In case the customer cancels 15 days or less before the arrival date, they're required to pay a penalty equal to the deposit (therefore, the deposit will be kept).
In the event of a late arrival with respect to the booking date, the customer is obliged to pay the full amount of the booked services.
In case of late arrival or early departure, the customer is required to pay 100% of the price of the reservation.
